Chemical etching, a process that dates back to the Middle Ages, allows us to transfer the most complex artwork to a brass, bronze, copper or stainless steel surface. When used in combination with Gemini’s cast and precision tooled plaques, our etched medallions and emblems provide the precision needed to accentuate any plaque or marker.

Premium etched plaques in bronze, brass, copper or stainless steel and can be produced as thin as 1/16″ thick. Laser engraved anodized aluminum or polished granite.

Etched photos are created with halftone images to provide a permanent, exterior-grade solution.

ADA & Wayfinding: ADA compliant.

All of our ADA/wayfinding plaques are designed and manufactured to meet ADA requirements, and made from solid metal in order to provide a superior product that will not chip or crack.

You can choose from base metal, painted colors or up to 1200 dpi photographic images for the surfaces of your plaques. All plaques are UV-stable, exterior-grade.

Our patent-pending ADA process does not use loose beads for Braille, nor rely on imperfect, noncompliant castings. The result is a breathtaking example of how ADA-compliant signs in the form of a precision-tooled Gemini plaque don’t have to be a distraction from a project’s overall beauty, but instead can enhance it.
